• A fork service consists of a full strip down of the forks. If your unit includes valve shim stacks, they will be removed and inspected for bent/damaged shims and a modified shim stack. Any worn or faulty components will at this point be discussed with the customer.
• All fork components will then be cleaned thoroughly.
• The fork will be reassembled with new oil seals, dust seals and new bushes, We only use OEM or K-Tech bushes along with OEM, K-Tech, NOK or SKF Seals. 
• The correct volume and viscosity of Putoline oil will be used, and the air gap set.
• All settings will be recorded and sent to you to keep in your records. If not been previously discussed the forks will be returned with the settings they arrived with.

When sending us your forks, remember the following:

• Price quoted are for a pair of forks. Please note we only work on pairs of forks not singles.
• Please ensure you include a note with your full name, telephone number, email address, make/model/year of bike and a list of the services required.
• Make sure that the forks are reasonably clean before they are packed up, to avoid any additional cleaning charges.
